The title of this book, Meat & Three, is a playful take on the term ‘meat and three veg’, the mainstay of our diet for decades in New Zealand. It’s a book filled with traditional food memories that I have given my own modern twist. It’s about real food that comes from a quality environment and that values a sense of community.

This is a wonderful book, one of the best New Zealand food books I’ve purchased. The presentation is excellent and the recipes practical, realistic and achievable. A book that everybody who enjoys cooking should have. Congratulations to you and the team involved. Joe Power
